We will accept new, undamaged items for return or exchange with a valid receipt for up to 30 days after purchase. Returns will be made in the same form of currency used in the purchase. 

Without a receipt, items may be exchanged for merchandise of equal value.

All clearance items are final sale. 

We offer many items in the Museum Shop that may not be shown online.

We’re always looking for the perfect new item for our shelves and would be happy to take a look at your product to see if it fits the bill! Unveil events are special events held by the Museum Shop to showcase the merchandise purchased during buying trips around the world. They are held after regular museum hours and are a great chance to purchase new merchandise before the public gets a chance to see it. It’s a fun time with food, drinks, and shopping!

We’re a gift shop that focuses primarily on art related products, but you’ll also find products that inspire creativity and let us marvel at craftmanship. Whenever possible we purchase handmade local items and products made by artisans from around the world that you can only find here and help support those artisans and their communities. Our focus is on real quality and design from real people.
