This Michael Barnaart Ballerina Brooch is dedicated to Anna Pavlova, the famous prima ballerina. She was known for her graceful dancing style and the world-famous ballet piece The Dying Swan. Anna spent a lot of time in The Hague during her many tours, where she could unwind at Hotel Des Indes after intensive performances. On 23 January 1931, Anna Pavlova closed her eyes for the last time at the hotel in The Hague.

Each numbered brooch comes in a stylish gift box.
