Christine Rebet: Escapologie
French artist Christine Rebet (born 1971) makes simple animations by assembling ink drawings into what she calls a "paper cinema." This volume collects six of her recent films in which personal and collective traumas are reinterpreted, creating fantasy worlds that merge history with fiction.
